Implant placement with bone graft and connective tissue graft was rendered right after removing the broken tooth. The crown was made with E-max with processing layered for best shade matching.

What did SP Implant do?
SP Implant Aesthetic Bridge & Implant Crown
This patient came to us with failing natural teeth on her right side, while her existing implant bridges on the left remained in fair condition. To provide a conservative solution, we removed the failing teeth and placed three dental implants for upper and single implant for lower with bone grafting. We then custom-crafted a new bridge that perfectly matched to the existing restorations. The patient was happy with an aesthetic result while being able to maintain and save her previous dental work.

SP Implant Overdenture
Four implants were placed using a CAD/CAM-guided system without gum opening procedure. All implants were positioned exactly as planned, requiring no sutures at the time of surgery. Four implant Overdenture was fabricated using the existing old denture by the locator housing/attachments pick up procedure.

& SP Implant Bridge
Six implants were placed simultaneously with the extraction of the remaining three anterior teeth for upper arch. A unique implant-supported overdenture, categorized as a 'Removable Fixed Prosthesis,' was fabricated. This restoration utilized a milled tissue bar to maximize masticatory efficiency and minimize the overall dimensions of the prosthesis. The lower anterior teeth were restored with a two-implant bridge. Additionally, four conventional crowns in the right quadrant were replaced.

SP All on X
Six implants were placed in the upper jaw and four in the lower jaw using a CAD/CAM surgical guide and simultaneous bone grafting. Both 'All-on-X' bridges were fabricated as one-piece zirconia restorations. During the healing phase, the patient wore temporary dentures to maintain function and aesthetics.
